Working Papers
The CPS makes available short working papers for debate. They may be papers prepared for conferences and workshops, they may come from the research of one of the policy fellows of CPS or they may come from CEU faculty or students. The intention is very much to stimulate debate and show works in progress rather than showcase a series of highly polished academic articles. Modified versions of these papers may be found published elsewhere. Here is just their first outing.
