Multinational Corporations and National Business Systems: Integration or Separation?

The research examines the relations between multinational corporations and national business systems, analysing Hungarian experience in a comparative international context.  The central issue addressed is the extent and character of multinational corporation engagement with the national business system at the levels of government, national collective organisations and firms.  The issue is considered from the perspective of both multinational corporations and national institutions.
